Circuit breakers have a switch handle which resembles that of a regular switch. However, they are designed in such a way that they break or turn off the circuit when an overloaded condition exists, thus protecting the internal electrical circuit wiring from instances of overheating. It thus very important to always use a fuse with the correct amperage for your circuitry, as a rule of thumb, you should also ensure that the voltage rating of the fuse should always be higher than the voltage rating of the circuit it is protecting at any given time.
